All items purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Note: We provide a money back guarantee if the products returned meet our Return & Exchange Policy parameters. If an item bought on SALE cannot be exchanged/Returned.
If you wish to exchange an item which was bought at regular price but is currently on sale, please note that it will be exchanged at the sale price.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +92311 2255464. If you want to raise a dispute. You will be required to email us photographic evidence of the defective item at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase before any claims can be processed. A replacement will be sent immediately, or money will be refunded to the customer.
Please note if a refund or exchange request is made after the 14-days’ time-period, we will not be able to process your request. If an already exchanged item is requested to be exchanged again i.e, exchanging a product for the second time, the return and delivery charges will be paid by the customer. Items that have been tampered with/damaged because of use do not qualify for our Return and Exchange Policy. Similarly, if there is anything missing from the package sent to us - such as price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories – it will not qualify for our Return and Exchange Policy.
